MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the EFLC Rewards Program is open to individual residents of Canada or the United States who are at least 18 years of age, and who have a valid email account. Companies, schools, clubs, groups, organizations, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership or Rewards. Customers must enroll in the EFLC Rewards Program online. Only Active EFLC Rewards Members are eligible to receive Rewards. Members must have at least one transaction within a 24 month period to remain active.
EARNING POINTS
Starting on April 10, 2016 EFLC Rewards Members will earn points on qualifying products and purchases. To earn points, Member must provide the email address associated with their EFLC Rewards account.
Qualifying products are displayed with the reward point value.
Not all products qualify for reward points. Reward points cannot be earned on our amazon store. Points will not be awarded for any purchase paid for or partially paid for with gift cards, online gift certificates, coupon codes, merchandise credits, rewards points, or purchases where a price match has been offered. Points are not awarded for sales tax, shipping, warranty purchases or third party services. Points will not be earned on purchases made prior to joining the EFLC Rewards Program. Points are not earned on commercial or bulk purchases. Points earned will be deducted from the points or future points in Member's account for returned merchandise, price protection or cancelled orders.
REWARDS ISSUANCE
Active Rewards Members earn a $1 Reward dollar for each 100 points they accrue in accordance with these program terms. Rewards will be issued via email following order delivery confirmation to members who have accumulated at least 200 points. Unredeemed points balances will remain in the Member's account. Rewards will be valid once the accruing order has been delivered. Lost, stolen or expired Rewards will not be replaced. Single-use Rewards are issued to the individual member email address and may not be copied, transferred, sold, or shared/posted online. EFLC Rewards Members are entitled to a maximum of $1,000 in Rewards per calendar year.
REDEEMING REWARDS
Rewards may be used toward the future purchase of any Electronics for Less Canada merchandise made online at www.electronicsforless.ca. Rewards are not valid toward the purchase of gift cards, online gift certificates, previous purchases, shipping and handling fees or taxes. Rewards cannot be used to purchase product from amazon.ca or any other third party websites with which Electronics for Less Canada is affiliated.
EFLC Rewards redeemed can not value more 20% of the final transaction total. During Member events, this percentage increases. EFLC Rewards discount will be applied as a percentage off each item in transaction. The EFLC Rewards discount will not be refunded on returns. Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for store credit.

YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT
EFLC Rewards Members are responsible for notifying CUSTOMER SERVICE about any changes to their Rewards account including name, address, email and phone number. If an individual member has more than one account, Electronics for Less Canada may merge the account into one. Any available points will be consolidated. Members must have at least one transaction within a 24 month period to remain active. Membership will be terminated and points expired for inactive accounts. Points have no cash value
Points discrepancies should be reported within 21 days of a qualifying purchase. Member should notify CUSTOMER SERVICE and include the transaction number, member name and phone number.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information provided as part of EFLC Rewards will be governed by the Electronics for Less Canada Privacy Policy. Click HERE to learn about how we use and handle member information.
By participating in the EFLC Rewards Program, Member agrees to receive email and/or postal mail advertising and marketing communications. Members may opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking on the Unsubscribe link provided in every email. Members will continue to receive EFLC Rewards emails including Rewards Certificates, points balances and other Rewards program related information as long as the account is Active.
PROGRAM TERMS
Electronics for Less Canada may, at any time, terminate the EFLC Rewards Program or change the program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation, in whole or in part, without prior notice of further obligation to Rewards Program members.
Participation in EFLC Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law.
Electronics for Less Canada is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of Rewards Certificates, due to a change of email address or contact information.
Electronics for Less Canada reserves the right to terminate Rewards membership and void points if it determines that a member violated any program terms and conditions or applicable laws, earned points via deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of EFLC Rewards.
