The Order Desk operates from Monday to Friday, 11am - 4:30pm.
Orders leave our warehouse typically in the afternoon, Monday to Friday. Weekends and provincial civic holidays are not included in shipping time estimations. If it appears that your order has not left our shipping facility, you may submit a cancellation request for your order while logged into your Order Dashboard. Order cancellations are approved only if the product(s) are still in our possession.
To leave our shipping facility on the same day, the Order Desk must have order confirmation by 3pm EST. Shipping notifications and tracking information can take up to six hours to become active on our system.
Estimated Order Shipping Time
During the checkout process, the estimated order shipping time appears if a product is ready to ship immediately within 24 hours. If you place your order before 3pm EST, we will do our best to ship it out the same day.
Our shipping department is closed:
- After 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Saturdays and Sundays
- Statutory Holidays (including):

- Family Day (Third Monday in February)
