Imperfect packaging
There are many reasons to explain a product's damaged packaging, but we never know for sure because they're not damaged under our watch. We acquire carton damage products direct from the manufacturer and since this is always the case, these products are fully warranted and are 100% brand new, guaranteed to be defect-free upon delivery as they've been rigorously inspected.
Open-box Products
Open box products are not store returns to EFLC.ca. They are purchased directly from the manufacturer as open box, so the factory seal is opened. The products may have been demo units, or merchandise that was purchased and brought back to a member store from that manufacture's retail network. There is always factory warranty provided on open box products.
Carton Damage or Imperfect Packaging
A product's packaging may get damaged in transport, compressed when shipped overseas, made imperfect in the manufacturer's warehouse by dust, paint or other residue; however, most of the time, we see signs that packaging is simply squished too much when attached to a pallet. The standards for new packaging are very high; so when there is any sign of carton damage on a large number of products, we demand the BEST deals and pass the savings directly on to you!

We carry a small selection of products that have been opened and may have slight cosmetic flaws. These are one-off products, usually the result of a store return. Warranties are still valid and the price will be slashed to reflect a price below dealer cost.
We DO NOT carry third-party refurbished items, out-of-country refurbished, gray market items or flawed goods.
