This is how you create loyalty
I was trying to buy a sale item, and for some reason was unable to complete the transaction at that time. When I returned the next morning, I saw that the sale had ended and they we're now out of stock. As a shot in the dark, I left a message with customer service asking if they would consider giving me a rain check at the sale price. The next day I received a call from a customer service representative, who explained that although the sale price was only available for their remaining stock (which had been exhausted), he had found one and would let me have it at the price I asked for.
First time shopping here...but certainly not the last.
